Heritage Day
September the 24th is celebrated as Heritage Day in South Africa 12-10-2020
It was a day for us to pause and take time to remind ourselves about what unites us. It gave us an opportunity to reflect on our common journey as people, and how we, together, can do more to build the spirit of UBUNTU, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The day was about celebrating South Africa’s rich tapestry of people with their varying languages and cultures, to strengthen human solidarity, human dignity, unity, and respect, among other things.
