Technical Process Course

Following on the success achieved with the Valve Fundamentals Course (2016) and the Advanced Valves Principles and Practice Course (2017). The Academy took cognisance of the requests from trainees to expand the training to include subjects that lead to valve failures and other valve related issues. The Academy developed introduced a third course, “Technical Process Course for Valves”.

This course covers subjects such as corrosion, erosion, more details on valve selection, actuator sizing, factors influencing the sizing, pressure management, water loss control and finally more comprehensive details on valve maintenance and repair.

As per our other courses, this new course will further the understanding of a range issues related to industry practical problems and will broaden the horizon of design and consulting engineers, plant operators, engineering students, maintenance personnel and persons dealing with valves.

The course is registered through ECSA qualifies for 2 CPD points for professionals.
